Screenplay Formatting
Follow this link for tips on how to lay out a screenplay: http://www.screenaustralia.gov.au/documents/SA_publications/IG/SuggScriptLayout.pdf
Starting A2 in September
Please do not make the mistake of presuming your place on the Film Studies course is guaranteed.
As you know, your results do not come out until Thursday 15th August. At this time, you will know whether or not you have the required grades to continue with your couses of study but your results are not the only factor that will come into play.
You need to have demonstrated a commitment to this course since you began in Year 12 and this commitment should be exemplified by your handing in a draft of the 1800 word fully formatted screenplay by this Friday 16th July.
I know that you finish your academic year this afternoon but if any of you have difficulty finding computer to work on at home or have difficulty emailing the work to me then please do let me know. I can find a place for you to work in school.
In short, you need your draft screenplay handed in by the end of this week (you have been working on it for five weeks so far!) and you need your results in August to continue with the course.

Well Done
Well done for all the work you have put in over the past few months of Film Studies. The exam is over, your coursework has been sent off to the moderator and we have all done all that we could.
Say a little prayer:
Make sure you are revising for the rest of your exams and the very best of luck to you all.
